The film is a horror/thriller film and you can see this because of the colours used in these images, you can tell this because of the dark colours that have been used here. Also, the main character, who is Shia LaBeouf has a very serious look on his face which tells us again that this film is a horror. He is also looking straight at us, i think they have done this to make us feel a little uneasy and nervous.
